Fall + Brown corduroys + Birkin bag = bliss!!

I KNOW we've all seen these wonderful pictures a million times but I can't help myself.  It's fall and time to get back to our classic fashion Carolyn look.  Carolyn first sported the Birkin bag before Victoria Beckham became famous.  Here are the lovely pictures of her in true form.

    Thank you for posting these photos again and yes its true I never get tired of looking at this particular set of photos. She is so effortlessly chic and fabulous. Is there any chance you could post the article from March 1997 British Vogue which is the definitive article on this marriage (I believe). Can you please post it in a form that can be printed. Many thanks for this fantastic blog - you have been missed!!

    Wow, she really knew fashion! Carrying the Birkin years most people even knew what it was! Her clothes would be just as "in" as they were then.

    Oh...! I love those pants..! I had almost identical pants of my own, but I used them till they were "dead". :( Not easy to find similar...

    I honestly think if they were still here they would either be divorced or still majorly torturing each other in a bad marriage. It was for sure no fairytale. The picture above shows John with a bandaged hand, which most friends believe came about from a fight they had. That not a sign of a good marriage.

    She was a very destructive and mentally ill woman and looked horrible in person. By no means a pretty woman, the media tried to play her up as such. She looked like a used up drug addict. In her defense, she was a very damaged person.
